Position Title: Service Administrator
Working Hours:
5 days (Mon 8 am 5 pm, Tue Fri 8 am 6 pm)- Salary Package: Up to $2,800
Duration: Permanent
Attend to customer inquiries and handle incoming calls.- Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on payments upon job completion (for COD customers).
Prepare and track all customer service contracts.
- Provide full administrative support to the service department.
Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties as needed.
ITE Certificate or Diploma.- 1-2 years of working experience.
Good working attitude.
- Basic knowledge of spare parts (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office.- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
