Service, Admin Executive is a key role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination with various departments.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting senior to manage daily service operation tasks, service jobs assignment
- Process and maintain daily work orders / jobs assignment with accurate service records
Handle internal and external customers or service team members feedback and inquiries- Familiarity with service management and people management and office productivity tools
Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- To Be a Successful Candidate:
Diploma in business management or equivalent.
- Know-how to handle complex people management.
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.- Leading team or handling service teams.
Strong communication skills.
- Working experience on home appliances or similar service industries.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.- Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English.
Basic customer service and communication skills.
