Track, report, and analyze website analytics, initiatives and campaigns.
Optimize copy and landing pages for both website and search engine marketing.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
Competitor research such as advertising links and other best practices.
Develop and implement link building strategy - E.g. Backlinks.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Experience in planning or actively involved in the development and execution of SEO strategies.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years experience in SEO marketing with a bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field.
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles with SEO and marketing best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, GA4 etc.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Good understanding of various marketing KPIs and web analytics.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.
Has industry experience in brokerage / gaming is a plus.
