Functional
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies and build a strong client portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, referral sources, and industry networks to generate leads
- Work with Regional Priority Banking Heads and Priority Banking Area Managers to identify business opportunities
- Responsibility to meet the target set
- Acquire 2 HWN client per month (minimum AUM of RM300k)
- Refer RM1-2mil volume inWealthProducts per month
- Deposit RM2-3mil per month
Managerial
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as BCB, SME, PFS, Sales Distribution to drive client growth and revenue.
Organizational
- Support Regional Priority Banking Heads and Head of Wealth Distribution in promoting and developing market presence of HLB Wealth Management, this will ultimately deliver the individual's and overall target.
Education/Qualification
- Degree in Finance, Economics or any related field
- CFA will be an added advantage
Experience
- Experience in banking with strong networking and marketing skillsets with a keen understanding of Malaysia marketplace
- Knowledge in financial analysis, business and industry knowledge, market intelligent, effective communication, credit skill, negotiation, supervisory and managerial skills
