Job description- Responsible for daily warehouse operation.
- Manage and monitor stock movement- receiving, issuing, storing, packing, documenting and delivering.
- Establish, promote and continuously improve warehouse operating procedures.
- Ensure proper compliance and enforcement of the warehouse SOPs.
- Responsible for change and improvised SOPs when required.
- Ensure all inventory stocks are sufficient and stock balances are within safe guidelines.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
- Manage and control staff attendance, and perform performance assessment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Practice and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methodologies for all Raw Material / Packaging Material / Finished Goods without fail.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Ensuring the right product delivery to the right outlet.
- Ensure the daily transaction is accurate ( GRN / Assembly / Delivery )
Fully responsible for the stock accuracy ( System vs Physical ) which is at least 99.5% and above
- Responsible for monthly stock count reports for all items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors from time to time.
- Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Business or related field.
- 3 years and above of relevant experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Procurement skills including knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
