Are you passionate about video production, storytelling, and creative content for social media OMM Media Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Videographer/Video Editor to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a flair for capturing dynamic moments, an eye for visual storytelling, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee video production projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and creative standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to produce impactful social media content that resonates with audiences.
- Manage multi-camera productions (MCP) for live events, ensuring seamless coverage and capturing the energy of the moment.
- Handle all aspects of video editing, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, to deliver polished and engaging final cuts.
- Mentor and guide junior videographers and editors, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate our content quality.
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect & Premiere Pro. Knowledge in 3D Software and any other VFX software would be a plus.
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MCP live event coverage and experience with multi-camera setups.
- Strong knowledge of social media content trends and platforms, especially for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Must have an eye for story-hooks; to be able to determine videos which are able to capture the audience's attention.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
