Responsibilities:
- Build and install ldom /cdom
Install/upgrade patches/OS version for Solaris or RHEL System configuration for network, SAN and etc
- Performance tuning and analysis
Good knowledge in troubleshooting / root cause analysis Shell scripting and automation
Min 5-7 years of experience with Linux/Sun UNIX system administration.
- SUN Solaris and Linux UNIX O/S skills.
Systems Capacity Planning experience- Knowledge in SAN environments and various storage management systems such as VERITAS NetBackup and EMC storage.
Experienced in supporting SSH, SUDO, SMARTS, ZENA and XCOM.
Veritas Infoscale software management.
- SUN and Linux O/S hardening.
LDOM setup and support. Container setup and support.
- Tripwire and Splunk software knowledge will be an added advantage.
Databases e.g. Oracle, DB2 and Sybase. Computer network.
