You will mentor junior designers and drive design excellence across projects.
Lead the design and development of complex user interfaces and interactions.- Conduct and analyze user research and usability studies to guide design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and refine product requirements.

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
