We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces. You will take charge of the entire design process, from initial concepts and user research to polished interface mockups and usability testing. Your role will be pivotal in developing intuitive user experiences and enhancing existing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design captivating UI elements, evolving ideas from drafts to refined, high-fidelity mockups.
- Undertake comprehensive UX design activities, including analyzing requirements, conducting user research, mapping user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and executing usability testing.
- Innovate new interface designs while continuously improving existing UI/UX solutions.
- Prepare seamless design handoffs by creating design systems, style guides, and relevant assets.
- Provide essential support during product testing to ensure top-notch quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business goals and translate them into exceptional design solutions.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure consistency in visual and conceptual outcomes, achieving the desired interface elements.
Qualifications:
- A strong, well-presented portfolio is required for all applicants.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
- Proven experience managing the full design process from concept to delivery across various product development stages.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX concepts like typography, color theory, and information architecture.
- Ability to translate technical or business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
