Duties & Responsibilities:- For any new mould incoming, ensure receive the new mould together with a new mold inspection checklist for any new mould inspection.
The new mold incoming need to verify and inspect before proceed to mold testing.repair form
for all breakdown mould that need to repair or service in tooling room. Instruct tool room member to prepare for before and after cleaning and inspect mould picture.
- Report to Engineer IF ANY (equipment missing, insert have crack, insert have welding need highlight to Engineer for preparing the related report)
Execute all the instruction given by the superior for mold repair arrangement to tooling technician.- Conduct repair or any maintenance of breakdown mold or tooling in house.
Monitor closely the condition for any new mold to support tooling engineer completing the
