Senior/Technician (FOL/EOL/TEST/ST project)

Responsibilities:

• Support production in order to meet shipment schedule;

• Reduce machine down time and enhance machine performance in order to support production in maximizing output and quality control;

• Able to perform machine preventive maintenance, calibration with basic electronics knowledge

• Able to work shift;

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering;

• Minimum of 1 year working experience preferably in Semiconductor Industry;

• Knowledge in Wire Bond / Die Bond / Wafer Saw / Trim & Form / Plating / Test and Vision will be an added advantage;

• Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
