Job PurposeAssist users with software and hardware issues at an enterprise level. You'll help install applications, monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Your role includes diagnosing faults and resolving technical problems. Job DescriptionResponsible, for installation and maintenance of all IT Hardware, infrastructure, and services.Oversee, network/server/workstation maintenance and troubleshooting, budgetary control, problem resolution, and information security.Monitor computer networks for security issues & Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.Install security measures and operate software to protect systems.Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.Perform penetration testing.Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systemsResponsible administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional.Determine rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released.Experience with Firewall Palo Alto, SonicWALL, Cisco Meraki, Server and other network security devices.Experience with administration in Server virtualization technology, onResponsible, installation and maintenance of all IT Hardware, infrastructure, and servicesDevelop positive relationships with vendors and ensure solutions applied are within company's direction.Monitor changing network technology and delivering a technology update to the executive team each quarterCoordinate team to ensure task schedules are on track with regular updates.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma / ProfessionalDegree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or equivalent.Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.Experience with Firewall management.Server and other network security devices.Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 onward operating systems, patching, backup/restore, monitoring and other management/administration Software and components.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and windows clustering technologies.Hands-on experience working with SAN/NAS storage sub-systems.Experience on SQL databases management such as backup, recovery, and maintenance.Has 2+ years of experience in, network topology & security and retail equipment's.Hands-on experience working with SAN/NAS storage sub-systems.Experience on SQL databases management such as backup, recovery, and maintenance.
