Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new customers and drive new sales opportunities in Malaysia.
- Provide expert advice to customers on product applications and suitable product options.
- Manage project pipelines and coordinate technical service programs with go-to-market teams to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on food trends and technology, contributing ideas for new products and applications.
- Collaborate across departments (e.g., Research, Operations, Marketing, Sales Management) to support Thai Wah's operations and improve product performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the food or ingredient industry.
- Candidates with expertise in starch within an FMCG environment are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong integrity and a passion for sales.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of food ingredients and applications is preferred.
