Senior Technical Analyst ( SAP HCM )

Part of the designated technical teams to develop, implement, maintain and support application systems / IT solutions (local and regional) under HR Services Team for the designated applications.

Perform, plan and manage IT project tasks / deliverables.

Take ownership in performing tasks / deliverables and ensure that it meets the agreed timeline

• Job Description

Ensure programs are error free and work efficiently.

• Thorough testing, peer review (program codes review)

Program delivered is error-free and according to user specifications.

• To ensure systems & support are delivered timely and accurately according to technical specifications.

Ensure system / enhancement are delivered on time and with high quality incl. accuracy and operation efficiency Formulate comprehensive test plan, test contents incl. SIT and performance test.

• Structured and thorough testing during SIT ensures minimal/ zero errors surfaced during Users testing.

Exception testing is also carried out.

• Qualification

Minimum 6-10 years in delivering IT solutions.

• Human Capital Management (HCM) system

Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred

• Knowledge and experience in IT application architecture, design and development.

Understanding of the IT solution discipline, processes and concepts.

• Technical aptitude, basic knowledge and experience across application, information, technology, and process domains.

Basic understanding in project management processes and methodologies including common roles and responsibilities

• Skills Needed :

Application development, planning, testing, and integrating Business and IT solutions.

• Microsoft Windows/Solaris/Redhat/UNIX

Apache Tomcat/Oracle HTTPS/Oracle Weblogic/JAVA/Software Control Management tools/Shell Scripting/Oracle database/SQL/ZENA automation/FTP

• Oracle HCM: 5 years (Preferred)

Systems analysis: 5 years (Preferred)

• SAP: 5 years (Preferred)

Pay: RM8,
