5+ years proven experience as a Senior Tech Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the APACregion (Malaysia, Indonesia, India)
In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and emerging technologies across software development, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, AI/ML, and data science.
Strong understanding of APAC labor markets and cultural nuances.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with remote recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Provide regular updates on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
Drive initiatives to ensure diverse hiring practices and build an inclusive talent pipeline.
Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
