Job Description: - Client Management: Understand hiring needs, build strong client relationships, and assist clients in developing job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing and Management: Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.- Assessment and Selection: Conduct interviews, administer tests, and perform reference checks.
Consultative Advice: Provide market insights, improve recruitment processes, and assist in job offer negotiations.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards, and prepare recruitment reports.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess 3 years and above working experience in recruitment.
Proven experience as an internal HR recruiter or in-house talent acquisition role.- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices. (Experience in international recruitment and IT field recruitment would be an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
