As a Talent Acquisition Lead on our team, you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part of an ever-growing company that values creativity and their people as much as it does results driven programs.
Our client is an Innovative life sciences organisation and, in this role, you'll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You'll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition. This role will manage one consultant and reports directly to the SEA TA Manager.

This is a true business partnering talent acquisition role and therefore is required to work onsite at the clients offices in Kuala Lumpur. How you'll shape the future of talent:
- Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Managing multiple stakeholders you partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit across all levels, including senior and specialist roles across corporate support, commercial, R&D and manufacturing business functions
- Coach, guide and mentor a small team
- Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, process
You'll be someone who can bring:
- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
- Experience recruiting in deadline driven, client partnering environments, ideally from the FMCG or Pharma sectors
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
