About the Role:

We are currently expanding our Kerry Talent Acquisition COE team. This role will be based out of our KL Centre in Petaling Jaya, working on a hybrid working arrangement, and partnering with our Integrated Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Engineering, Procurement) functions across Asia Pacific markets.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, your focus will be to recruit for immediate / planned / project / intern / graduate requirements and to also build strong talent pipelines for the business all while developing and promoting Kerry's Employer Brand through your interactions with candidates and the marketplace.

We are open to hiring at Senior Partner or Partner levels, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of hires for GBS, from sourcing, headhunting, to screening, assessing and advising
  • You will support the refining of role requirements through Recruitment Strategy Meetings, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening / interviewing / assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business - using various recruitment methods / channels as appropriate - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Work closely with the regional HR teams to assess internal talent, to review and assist with future talent moves, to participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions and to advise on offers
  • Build strategic relationships with the Senior Leadership team in GBS, bringing updates, insight and market intelligence - communicate challenges / opportunities / ideas!
  • Build strong, external, strategic relationships in order to promote Kerry as an Employer of Choice
  • Develop and maintain fruitful working relationships with our preferred external partners / vendors
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on the global ATS - SuccessFactors - to ensure BI reporting is accurate and transparent
  • Report and measure the impact / return-on-investment of various activities including spend, agency usage, recruitment campaigns and various recruitment metrics
  • Work cross-functionally to promote our Employer Brand, always putting Candidate Experience and Kerry's reputation at the forefront
  • Assist with strategic TA-related projects in the region (example, intern hiring) when required

Person Specification:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5years dedicated recruitment / talent acquisition experience - preference for those coming with in-house talent acquisition experience, or a mix of agency and in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with experience partnering hiring managers, interview panels and HR throughout the hiring process
  • Preference shown for those candidates who have recruited for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, Engineering and/or Procurement functions.
  • Must have competency-based interviewing experience and confidence to lead interviews when required
  • Planful and organised in approach, agile in execution with a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility and versatility - the role requires someone to recruit across multiple job levels of the organisation
  • Must display a passion for recruitment with an innovative, creative, collaborative attitude
