The Job:
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Carry out the full recruitment cycles process (i.e Manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offering, pre-employment verification & onboarding).
Actively source and connect with potential talents globally through multiple social media platforms.
Identify and develop the sourcing channels across the globe.
Organize and participate in campus / career fairs and recruitment events as and when required.
Contribute to the improvement of the company's talent acquisition strategy.
Contribute to the success of the employee engagement and employer brandings initiatives.
Requirements
The Person:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.
At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycles process.
Experience in hiring for Tech roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Adept at using social media platforms (i.e LinkedIn, Behance, Github etc) to source for suitable profiles.
Experience working in a Headhunter / Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage.
Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
Good command in English (verbal & written).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver.
A positive, can do attitude.
