Manage a holistic framework, policy and strategy for the implementation of structural integrity management (SIM) for all asset's offshore underwater structures i.e. offshore jacket, riser, conductor and caisson.
Manage a holistic framework, policy and strategy for the implementation of structural integrity management (SIM) for all asset's offshore above water structures i.e. topsides structures, splash zone etc.
Develop, review and improve all related procedures and guidelines required to the overall implementation of structural integrity management (SIM) in Company.
Develop and update a comprehensive database for storing all required information i.e Design reports, inspection reports, structural & inspection drawings required for the implementation of SIM for all asset structures facilities.
Assure Structural risk assessment and evaluation of all asset's structures facilities are in place. This includes updating and monitoring structural analysis models and results i.e. in-place, fatigue & pushover, blast & fire, life extension assurance and any structural related study to maintaining the integrity of structures.
In charge for the overall implementation of above water structural integrity management. This includes:
Inspection plan
Asset register for topside structural component
Ensure due diligence between all existing Integrity management system and tool with improve SIM strategy
Review inspection report submitted by asset execution team.
Assist asset execution team in managing inspection contractor to perform required inspection as per Company standards and procedures.
Develop a technical limit Weight control management and tools for monitoring all assets.
Assist asset execution team for any defects/unconformities found during inspection of structures.
Monitor structural integrity performance and status by issuing annual structural integrity status for all asset's Offshore structures.
Review and update a Management of Change (MoC) process that relates to the implementation of structural integrity management (SIM) for all asset's structures facilities.
Ensure a proper structural strengthening, modification and repair (SMR) system and tool for offshore structures program are in place.
Ensure auditing activity is being implemented to the integrity management for offshore structures. This includes gap & situation analysis, Gap closure action plan and deployment schedule for any enhancement idea/action that deemed necessary to improve the system.
Involve in the annual department budgeting, contract management and annual scheduling plan.
Develop, review and update Risk Based Inspection (RBI)/ Risk Based Underwater Inspection (RBUI) methodology and framework for offshore underwater and above water structures within all assets.
Lead structure RBI/RBUI assessment for all asset
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Possess minimum B.Eng in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years practical working experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry
Experience and familiar with design code API RP2A WSD and LRFD codes
Design techniques in structural steel engineering including associated computer software
Design and fabrication detail drawings
Codes of practice for structural steel work erection and welding applications
Installation of jacket structures, piles, decks and modules
Lifting equipment including offshore derrick barge crane
Relevant international standards and codes of practice commonly use in the oil and gas industry including API, BS, AISC and DNV
