Executive Component Processing

Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of components and materials within the Component Process Centre (CPC). This role ensures the efficient and accurate processing of asset units, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting the production and maintenance teams by providing timely and organized access to necessary components. The Store Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the inventory system, implementing proactive measures to streamline processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards..

• Inspect, review and process all unserviceable components received from Base & Line Maintenance, in-house workshop and other sources.
• Coordinate with other areas for movement of turnaround components required to mitigate AOG, critical shortages
• Ensure accurate transaction on the companys warehouse management system to ensure component status accuracy
• Gather data for daily reporting i.e performance, manpower utilisation, status reports.
• Maintain safety and discipline as per the industrial standards and company regulations at all time

• Diploma in any related fields with at least 2 years experience, or SPM with at least 3 years experience in Supply Chain fields.

• Able to work independently, dynamic and resourceful
• Detail oriented, with good organizational skills i.e. Time Management, Task Management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
