Job Scope: - Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff
Establish and maintain the highest standard of customer service and develop long term relationships with retail and business clients- Ensure store operation standards, BOH and daily housekeeping standards are maintain
Manage customers expectations and complaints
- Provide the training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standards are always consistently executed
Work with Merchandising team to ensure the inventory flow
5 years or above related experience in retail/luxury retail in which 2 years in supervisory level- Pleasant, outspoken, enjoy client serving with good sense of fashion
Presentable, organized, energetic, result-focused and able to lead a team of sales staff
- Possesses client developing and retention skills set
Fluent in English

Pay: RM8,- 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
