In your new role you will:
- Lead and implement innovative advanced end-to-end solutions on manufacturing product/process that enhance productivity & quality leveraging on data analytics / data science techniques
- Evaluate, develop and deploy advanced data analytical methods and tools, including prototyping and rule-based decision-making, to optimizeengineering work processes and drive effectiveness in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the development of Yield, Test, and Quality enhancement methodologies and associated business processes, applying advanced data analytics skills to collaborate with engineering teams on problem-solving across products, processes, and test technology topics in the manufacturing domain.
- Establish & provide competency training on data analysis/science & statistical methods to engineering peers/community
- Continuously explore and evaluate state-of-the-art techniques to improve Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence solutions efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive & collaborate with technical experts on data pipeline development & deployment that support productivity /qualityinitiatives/projects
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master / PhD in Data Science / Engineering / Computer Science/Info-comm Technology or equivalent with more than 3-5 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor or related industry
- Applied knowledge in statistical data analysis, datamining/scripting (eg. Python, R) with good understanding in manufacturing engineering processes, methods & analytical tool
- Applied experience in Artificial Intelligence & Machine / DeepLearning projects & applications (eg. manufacturing) is required
- Experience in application of data analysis & data visualization software tools eg. KNIME, Tableau and relevant techniques
- Knowledge of machine / deep learning frameworks such as Keras,Tensorflow, Pytorc
- Relevant knowledge in Front-End / Assembly / Final-Test manufacturing process are essential
- Candidate with experience in product/process engineering improvementie. device testing/advanced product/process control / problem solving methodologies (8D, Lean 6 Sigma) is advantageous
- Strong communication skill, self-driven individual with ability to engage and collaborate well in a cross-functional team
