Job Title: Senior Spring Boot Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the documentation of technical designs and specifications in accordance with business requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of business application coding while adhering to project schedules.
- Maintain compliance with system development guidelines and standards.
- Ensure the quality of systems developed fulfills specifications and user requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, users, and vendors.
- Stay updated on advancements in computer technology and their impact on the business environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Strong programming skills in Spring Boot (mandatory), Spring, Java EE.
- Good experience with Oracle Database (11g or above), PL/SQL (mandatory), Postgres, and MongoDB.
- Experience designing security between application integrations without using third-party software.
- Familiarity with JBoss, Tomcat servers, and cloud environments, including troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of JSON, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience in Microservices architecture design and developing enterprise high-volume transactional applications.
- Familiarity with Maven, CLI build scripts, and experience with DevOps tools like Jira and Jenkins.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile development and SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience leading a team with Angular developers is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
