Position Tasks and Responsibilities
You will:
- Be part of diverse global teams developing automotive software from concept to implementation and validation.
- From HMI to functionality, you will develop and evaluate software for future commercial vehicles, such as (electric) tractors, turntable ladders, forage harvesters, field robots, or combine harvesters.
- Familiar with Embedded Linux and Qt frameworks.
- Test and validate embedded software modules.
- You will use C++14, Qt Creator, qmake, CMake, Git, GitHub, and Polarion, and you will have the opportunity to experience the impact of the developed software on individual control units in the vehicle.
- Have an opportunity to participate in the advancement of our global software development organization and influence future mobility trends.
Position Requirements
You must possess:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or comparable degree.
- Experience in C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience in developing embedded software functions and modules with OOP.
- Knowledge in using Embedded Linux and Qt frameworks is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Open-minded team player with willingness to learn new things.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field.
