Responsibilities and Duties
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and other configuration tasks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and data.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support training for end-users.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure the platform is optimized.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development tools.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
