Job Descriptions: .Oversee and supervise overall operations of service centre across the region. .Ensure all standard guidelines and procedures are followed and implemented. .Lead, organise and manage day to day function of the service centre to achieve unit intake and target performance set by the management. .Increase sales turnover and profitability of the service centre. .Handle difficult and serious customer complaints. .Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Company. .Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance. .Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions. .Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior. |
