Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings for clients across various industries.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize content accordingly.- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to implement fixes, including site architecture, page speed optimizations, and other on-page elements.
Manage and refine link-building strategies.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics.
Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated in content creation and website structure.- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (both written and verbal) to team members and stakeholders on strategy.
Keep abreast of SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
- Mentor and lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their performance and career development.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
Proven track record of delivering tangible results in organic search growth.- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Experience in managing SEO for multiple clients in an agency setting.- Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing qualifications.
