Job Description:- Content Planning and Creation:
Develop a content strategy aligned with the companys goals and audience interests.
Ensuring the team creates engaging and high-quality content, including posters, videos, etc.
Brainstorm with the team to produce content that aligns with the companys goals and enhances the company image.
Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
- Social Media Management:
Ensuring the growth of each social media platforms (eg. XHS, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) meets monthly expectations.
Continuously monitor and adjust posting schedules based on performance metrics.
Possess a deep understanding of audience behavior.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Event Planning:
Plan and execute event concepts that align with the brands image and goals.
Coordinate logistical details including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team members, such as account followers, post engagement (views, likes, shares, comments), and resumes collected.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly content performance. Conduct data analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize content performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance metrics, user behavior data, and campaign effectiveness across social media platforms.
- Other Operational Responsibilities:
Ensure daily team operations and content releases align with the companys goals.
Crosscheck team members daily content complies with relevant rules and regulations.
- Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, E-Commerce or any related field.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding as the role requires content creation in Chinese and English.
Ability to communicate fluently in English & Chinese.
Excellent eloquence and communication skills, capable of interacting with different types of people in a witty and efficient manner.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as graphic/web design software and video editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft, etc.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude
Have a very unique creative way of thinking (think out of the box)
Passionate about interacting with people, skilled in playing small games and other interactive activities to add a touch of fun to interviews.
Always be self-initiated to explore new skills, new platform & technology as self-development.
Have basic filming and video editing skills and are proficient in using relevant software.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
