What is your mission
  • Liaise with the management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress in the assigned region.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee inside sales processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationship
  • Oversees campaign planning, execution strategy, pipeline management and target setting.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Manage a span of about 30-50 ISRs (across multiple delivery centre's)
  • Work consistently toward customer stickiness process
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Monitor sales performance metrics
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
  • Proven experience managing inside sales/demand generation Operations team or equivalent position

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

  • Outstanding communication and people skills

  • Software sales experience is a must

  • Extensive Remote/tele/Inside sales experience a must

  • Experience in driving senior's stakeholder/client reviews (MBRs and QBRs)

  • Strong numbers and analytical bent

  • Exceptional competency in managing multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in APAC and ANZ markets

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any or equivalent.

  • Preferably with 5-7 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
