Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead our strategic planning and execution efforts in the strata/high-rise property sector. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive digitalization initiatives, optimize sales channels, and foster a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing processes and frameworks tailored to the strata/high-rise property market.
- Lead the execution of full digitalization solutions and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Data Analytics & Transformation:
- Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee research initiatives, including feedback collection and surveys, to understand market trends and customer needs.
Sales Channel Development:
- Optimize online sales channels/platforms to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Create and implement innovative sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Project & Product Planning:
- Lead project planning and proposition development for new products and initiatives in the strata/high-rise sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market positioning.
Training & Coaching:
- Provide training and coaching to the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Team Management:
- Manage and inspire a high-performing team to execute all sales and marketing strategies effectively.
- Set clear performance goals, provide feedback, and support team members in achieving their objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in a property development.
- Proven experience in marketing for high-rise properties, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digitalization processes and frameworks, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies specifically for strata/high-rise properties.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing talent.
