About the location:
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpurs endless skyline. Lush landscaping around the rooftop pool and terrace will create an urban oasis, echoing the greenery of the KLCC Park below.
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (cluster role) base in Europe, this position is a work from home basis. This position promotes and sell the group market in defined geographic region as to meet budgeted sales goals for both Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur & Four Seasons Resort Langkawi.
What you will do
Develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies.
Include group profile for each meeting; maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up.
Promote awareness to corporate, incentive and association markets via travel to respective regions in the country providing presentations and personal sales calls.
Maintain communication/relationship with the Worldwide Sales Office network for specific assigned region, as well as other Four Seasons hotels toward achieving pre-determined revenue goal.
Promote local awareness through maintaining relationships with convention, visitors bureau and tourism authorities.
Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of Director of Sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability.
Excellent knowledge of Golden Sales & Catering account management system.
Conduct all sales related interaction with the highest level of professionalism.
What you bring
Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Work from home - base in Europe (Preferably London or Geneva)
With minimum 3 years of experiences in the same or similar capacity
Pleasant personality and Interpersonal skills
