Job Descriptions: .Supervise and motivate the team of salespeople across the region. .Forecast quarterly and annual performance of all sales branch. .Promote and encourage strategies to sell cars & car accessories to meet revenue goals. .Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets as set by the Company. .Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance. .Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions. .Participate in decision making for the expansion or acquisition of all sales branch. .Monitor Market Trends and customer preference to adapt sales strategies. .Evaluate the performance of Sales Managers and providing constructive feedback and solutions. .Propose to the management any new business opportunity in related field. .Increase sales turnover & profitability of the showroom centres. .Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior. |
