  • Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead the sales efforts for key accounts, manage a portfolio of high-value clients, and drive revenue growth by closing complex deals. You will also mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and close complex sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the companys overall growth.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence client decisions at the executive level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
