Job Description:We are currently seeking a self-motivated and qualified Sales Engineer to join us. It is vital that candidates to have a background in business development, engineering sales specifically in mechanical ventilation or HVAC systems. Career advancement of this position will be reassuring to grow into driving business growth especially finding new breakthrough, building rapports with our clients, and providing technical expertise and support.
Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements by identify and pursue sales opportunities in the mechanical ventilation and HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.- Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company.
Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.
- Independently develop and follow up HVAC projects to provide solutions for customers.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations.- Can read and understand Technical Drawing and/or Technical Statement.
Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in sales with at least 3 to 5 years experience, preferably in the mechanical ventilation or HVAC industry and any metal fabrication related fields.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
