We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the E&E and other industrial sectors, with a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the ICT and E&E sectors.
- Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, highlighting performance against targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the ICT or E&E sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, IoT, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
