Job Description

About this role:

Reporting to the General Sales Manager (GSM), you will be responsible servicing major key accounts and distributors. You will plan and execute promo plans to meet sales targets. You will also build and foster good relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure business continuation.

Responsibilities:-

  • Cover and Service assigned accounts in CES/IT Channel within Klang Valley. This includes order proposing, payment collection and manage stocks return.
  • Build good relationship with distributors assigned and key retailers to grow the business
  • Taking direction, organize and able to execute the plan to achieve sales budget
  • Take responsibility in admin works including managing own A&P, maintaining pricing and manage ordering in system
  • Execution Excellence on marketing and sales Plan
  • Able to drive distribution expansion in CES/IT channel as well as negotiate for listing on key chains
  • Execute promotions and 5Ps strategies within budget allocated
  • Engagement with retailers or distributors. Be involved in store coverage, merchandising, space negotiation and in store execution excellence where necessary
  • Effectively manage the customers stock holding and aging skus. Able to drive down key distributors stock holding by executing the plan
  • Able to manage internal stakeholders

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Consumer Electronics / IT / Locksmith or Car Accessories Channel
  • Hands-on experience in distributor management. Knowledge and experience in GT or MT will be added advantage
  • Familiar and have good connection in the IT industry
  • Positive and can do attitude, strong work ethics and discipline, results oriented, willing to walk extra miles
  • Proven track record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing
  • Strong negotiation/influencing skills, communication skills and organisational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Aggressive and strong drive and passion to succeed.
