Responsibilities
- Selling products and services to prospective customer & ability to close the sales.
Plan, execute sales and account development activities.- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and lead sales campaigns and roadshows.
Identify and develop new accounts, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions.
- Work with customers at all levels and disciplines to understand future purchasing needs and market trends.
Provide input on industry/customer product buying trends to determine future sales and product strategy.- Generate regular sales activities and performance reports for analysis and continuous improvement with the R&D team.
Implement company, marketing or product initiatives as requested to drive successful results.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and General Manager to ensure seamless information flow and complementary activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide regular updates on marketing activities.
Requirements- Bachelors Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any field with 3-5 years of sales experience; preferably with some experience in construction field.
Proficiency in utilizing customer sales data, market data, product data to plan and execute sales strategies and develop allocated sales areas to meet budget targets.
- Strong ability to close business deals and meet the budget related KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.- Highly skilled at presenting Companys products effectively.
Ability to manage and maintain successful relationships with customers.
- Strong sales acumen with proactive and result-driven approach.
