Job Description
We are in search of a Senior Sales Engineer for our Hydronics Balancing Products in Malaysia, focusing on the Commercial Building segment. The candidate will report to General Manager based in Malaysia. There is a technical team that will support the Senior Sales Engineer in tenders, quotations and technical customer support. Commercial building is a priority business for Danfoss with a high growth potential.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Develop sales growth in the commercial building segment
Secure continuous profitable presence in the market with a broad portfolio of leading components and solutions
Investigate and follow through on strategic opportunities and partnerships
As a part of the strategy work, cooperate with key stakeholders to define the best products, services and solutions fitted and attractive to the Malaysia commercial building market in particular
Continue the development of profitable sales to existing customers
Develop network and partnership with key players in relevant industries
Further develop the structure and competencies to secure a result-driven pro-active and innovative sales organization that supports the strategy
Drive for continued improvement in customer satisfaction

Business or Engineering degree, with proven experience in sales and marketing and business development, preferably in the HVAC Commercial Building sectors
Minimum 5 years experience in related role
Proven track record in driving initiatives, results and engagement via others
Proven leadership experience in a virtual and matrix environment
Understand the Malaysia market within HVAC Commercial Building sectors
Entrepreneur mindset with high level of energy and confidence and strong appetite for challenges
Strong communication skills English language
Ambitious and has a strong drive to succeed. Self-motivated
