Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.
Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Ensure that business users interests are reflected within all phases of improvement
Guide and train RPA team members to ensure knowledge development for smooth RPA implementation within DHL Express RPA COE
To support DHL Express RPA COE to evaluate, identify and transform business processes in DHL Express via RPA / OCR to achieve cost reductions and synergy & support automation.
Provide consultative services to DHL Express business users on RPA / OCR Implementation when required
Understand and design solution for different processes used throughout DHL Express in different functions & locations.
Identifying / leveraging best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community.
Designing practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities both cost and performance.
Responsible for creating & maintaining RPA process documentations as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. process maps, SDD)
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Be able to influence decisions / actions through provision of value added inputs into the organization's business processes.
