- To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
- To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.- Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.
Ensure the appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reports submission are delivered on time.
- Responsible to support / attend any meeting / huddle in the absence of Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager.
To be competent as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI).- Able to assist new team members in daily job and task as well as any related training matters.
Customer service oriented.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language: English.
