The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Senior Retail Assistant to join our charity shop based in Botanic Avenue (Belfast city centre).
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
Relevant experience managing and motivating a diverse team to achieve sales.
Demonstrable relevant experience in a retail environment, including customer service focus and a hands-on approach.
