Main responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Store Manager and Store Supervisor, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations.
Work with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor to drive store sales performance and retail KPIs.
Provide coaching, counselling and maintaining discipline of all retail staff.
Promote key styles/new arrivals and best-selling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets.
Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floors.
Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damage and transfer, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
Cashiering duties using POS System to process payments.
In charge of store inventory management, monitoring inventory level/ageing inventory and conducting regular stock count.
Managing POS system, daily cash deposits/petty cash.
Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build a strong regular customer base.
Responsible for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties.

Hours
Full-time: 44 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts
All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
