Senior Recruitment Specialist
  • Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our company's success by sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates for various positions within the organization.   • Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Manage and update the applicant tracking system/database
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
