Senior Recruitment Specialist We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Manage and update the applicant tracking system/database
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
