Responsible to/Report to: Head of Research and Development
- Documentation of technology and trade secrets.
- Assisting Head, R&D with development of new technologies, materials, and processes.
- Cross collaborating with the marketing team to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Participating in team meetings and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Collecting & analyzing test data to recommend for further research improvements.
- Preparation of technical reports.
- Participate in failure analysis and explore solutions.
- Make independent studies, analyses, interpretations, and conclusions for new formulation developments.
- Manage and control flow of information regarding all IP documents. (Trade secret, patent, processes)
- Provide technical guidance to the production team to address production issues.
- Preparation of business plans, financial & marketing strategies in collaboration with Group Corporate
- Planning and Innovation & Commercialization departments.
- Assist Head, R&D with all operational & technical matters.
- Implementation and management of ISO9001:2015 within production facility.
- Develop and manage testing & certification activities including recommendations of standard and roadmap.
- Job Requirements:
- Possesses Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an R&D Engineer.
- Advanced analytical skills and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analysis, planning, initiative and able to work independently.
- Systematic & positive problem-solving skills.
