• Job Scope:

Research and Development: Manage all activities related to the research and development of new products, including formulation, optimization, and improvement of existing products.

Product Innovation: Collaborate with customers and innovate new recipes, ensuring alignment with restaurant needs and management.Sensory and Quality Evaluation: Conduct sensory evaluations and apply research to food processing, preservation, quality, deterioration, packaging, storage, and machinery.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate trial runs, track and manage product development projects, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of development status.

Team Training and Supervision: Train and supervise junior team members, ensuring they are effectively performing their R&D tasks.

• Requirements:

Degree holder with at 5 years experience in food science / related industry.

• Well-versed with HACCP & GMP management systems

Willing to work at Skudai/ Johor Bahru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
