Job Description:- Preparation of Material Take Off (MTO) based on given details & drawing
- Handling tender proposals
- Budget, monitor, and control project costs
- Plan, execute and monitor project procurement and project expenditures
- Prepare and submit interim project cost status report regularly
- Expedite execution of client contracts
- Prepare bid documents (sub-contracting) and subcontract documents
- Calling for bids and administering the bidding process
- Bids evaluation and recommendation to substantiate and verify purchase
- Prepare valuation / progress claim to client
- Expedite approval of progress claim, making billing plan (for issuance of invoice) monitor and expedite payment from the client
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor's claim, prepare certificates of payment and verify payments of all project expenditures
- Contract changes and claims management. Prepare and expedite approval of the claims
- Prepare and expedite project final accounts
- Attend or conduct commercial and project meetings, preparation of project reports
- Oversee project administration / supervise the project administrator
- Oversee the site and project
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree/Postgraduate/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience, familiar with construction & engineering contract administration
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, willing to go extra miles for best results
- Good interpersonal, appreciate teamwork
- Familiar with Bill of Quantities (BQ) for Civil/Structural/Mechanical & Electrical
- Required skill; AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Bidding, tendering, prepare proposal
- Write and speak fluent English & Malay, able to read up technical / products literature
- Able to work independently with low supervision
- Able to station in site INCLUDING OUTSTATION
- Good analytical skill and organized in work
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Familiar with the Costing of Malaysian Construction Market C&S and M&E
