- Lead complaint resolution, investigating root causes and driving swift solutions. Improve customer experience through Net Promoter Score management.
- Manage customer audits and approvals. Analyze quality data to identify and prevent issues.
- Develop preventive methods to enhance product and process robustness. Implement improvement actions based on internal audits.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure action plans are followed. Oversee external and customer audits for certification and approval.
- Utilize methodologies like 8D and FMEA to identify and address root causes of issues.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the quality field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
