Support the preparation of project quality deliverables for bid submissions, including Project Quality Plan, Project Audit Plan, Project Site Surveillance Program, Quality Control procedures, and Inspection and Test plans.
Review all applicable quality-related documents submitted by Fabrication Yard / Subcontractors and Vendors during the bidding process, including Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Vendor Data Books (VDBs), etc.
Ensure effective implementation of the Project Audit Plan and manage the audit outcomes.
Conduct quality audits to assess project performance and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct quality audits and assessments at offshore facilities.
Oversee the implementation of inspection activities as per approved Inspection and Test Plans(ITPs).
Coordinate the compilation and screening of Project Lessons Learned (PLL) and identify project best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Root Cause Analysis activity for identified project non-compliance especially for Criticality 1 issues.
Provide guidance and support to the Project Quality Team on Quality Assurance processes, standards, and methodologies, promoting a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
Work closely with project cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on project quality performance, trends, and areas for improvement to Senior Management when required.
Establish Project Quality KPIs and ensure proper analysis, performance reporting, and mitigation when required. Ensure project quality performance is reported in accordance with the established Project Quality KPIs.
Facilitate and participate in Project Criticality Assessment taking into account previous risks and potential risks to establish appropriate criticality ratings and inspection levels.
Manage all non-conformances effectively to ensure effective correction(s) and corrective action(s) to prevent recurrence. Typical deliverables

Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in the oil & gas industry specifically in QA/QC or EPC project management.
5 years of experience in audit exercises.
Degree in engineering or other related technical specialization.
