The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction or
steel fabrication projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, execution, monitoring,
controlling, and closing projects. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed on time,
within budget, and to the specified quality standards, while also ensuring safety and compliance with
all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
2) Execution and Monitoring:
Lead project teams, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
Manage project budgets and financials, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
3) Quality and Safety Management:
Implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
4) Communication and Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk
assessments.
Facilitate meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project
success.
5) Project Closing:
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by the client.

Job Specification:
1) Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a
related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Professional Engineer or equivalent is preferred.
2) Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction or steel fabrication
industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for construction or steel fabrication
projects.
